Lower back pain or stiffness occurs quite commonly if you do lots of labour works like gardening, building, packaging, repairing mechanism etc… Often, when it occurs, the first thing came into your mind would be I need to rest and see a massage therapist or chiropractor or physiotherapist. But then, you either had no time to make an appointment with them or they were fully booked at the moment, so you would have to wait for a while to see them. Yet your lower back pain or stiffness is getting unbearable that it started to hinder your life. Of course, if your lower back pain or stiffness was seriously bad, you would immediately called an ambulance or self admitted to the emergency department at the hospital.
On the other hand, if your lower back pain or stiffness wasn’t that serious. You can do some pain relief exercises for your lower back pain or stiffness, while waiting for your appointment with the health providers. These exercises are basically stretching exercises for your lower back. You can do that at home safely and can do it while pain or stiffness occur or even do it everyday for maintenance.
I have taken the initiative to demonstrate some of these lower back stretching exercises for you to practice. These exercises can only bring you some temporary relief and also help maintain your lower back muscles. You are still required to get a proper diagnosis from your health providers for your lower back pain or stiffness if the condition persists over a week.
