Regular Bodywork Session (60mins)               $80.00

And thereafter, every 15mins is $15.00

There are 2 type of Regular Bodywork sessions, both covers the feet, legs, thighs, hands, forehands, arms, back, shoulders, neck, head and facial. There is also some stretching involve on the legs, hips, lower back and neck of the body. Inform and consent is needed before the massage is carried out. Clients are allowed to be in their most comfortable level with/without clothing.

  1. Back Release Session This session primary focus is on your back

Benefit of this session – Deep tissue massage will ease the knots from stressed, overworked muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to alleviate immediate pain, as well as chronic joint and muscle pain. It also promotes healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. It also benefits muscle and tissue health, deep tissue massage benefits your overall health by reducing blood pressure and improving lung function. For people who do exercise or physical training regularly, it helps muscles to relax, less stressed muscles will give you increased range of motion during your workouts. Your body will be far more efficient at building muscle and burning calories.

2. Relaxing Calmness sessionThis session primary focus is relaxing

Benefit of this session – Deep relaxation and calm is one of the immediate benefits of this massage session. This happens as massage triggers the release of endorphins – the chemicals (neurotransmitters) release from the brain, produce feelings of well-being. The amount of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, cortisol and norepinephrine, are also decreased. Studies indicate that high amount of stress hormones reduce the immune system.

Holistic Bodywork Session (90mins) $120.00

And thereafter, every 15mins is $15.00

The Holistic Bodywork with Deep Tissue Massage session consist of 2 types, both covers the pelvic muscles, abdominal, chest, gluten maximus, in addition to the areas covered in the Regular Bodywork session. The therapist will use his elbow on your back to provide you long and deep tissues stroke from your thigh up to your shoulder muscles. Soreness may arise during the stretch movements and deep strokes. The therapist may accompany some light touches on other parts of your body to make you feel at ease. Inform and consent is required before carrying out the session. Sometimes, therapist may use other massage techniques with clients consent.

  1. Full Back Release Session This session primary focus is on your back
