Important Information:

• Contraindications & Informed Consent — Please read the “Information for Contraindications” section before your massage or bodywork appointment. You are required to sign an informed consent form prior to your session. Click here to view the consent form.
• Health Precautions — If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please stay at home and cancel your appointment.

Operating Hours:

Thursday to Tuesday

9am – 7pm (6pm last appointment)

Wednesday

9am – 4pm (3pm last appointment)

For appointments outside these hours (including evenings), please contact me directly by text or email. This applies to both massage and yoga sessions.

Payment is due after your session. The following methods are accepted:

• Eftpos (preferred)
• Bank Transfer (not available for first-time clients)
• Cash (exact amount please)
• Debit/Credit Card (NZD $5.00 surcharge per transaction)

Cancellation Policy: I don’t charge cancellation fees, but I do ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book future sessions — thank you for your understanding.
