These sessions address the feet, legs, thighs, hands, forearms, arms, back, shoulders, neck, head, and face. They also include some stretching for the legs, hips, lower back, and neck. Inform and consent are required before the massage begins, and clients can choose to remain clothed or undressed, based on their comfort level.

Holistic Bodywork Session (90mins)————————————$140.00
These sessions incorporate all areas covered in the Regular Bodywork sessions and additionally target the pelvic muscles, abdomen, chest, and gluteus maximus. The therapist uses their elbows to deliver long, deep strokes from the thighs up to the shoulder muscles. Some soreness may occur during stretch movements and deep strokes. Inform and consent are required before the session, and other massage techniques may be used with the client’s consent.
