Private, personalised yoga for complete beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their practice — at your own pace, in a calm and supportive space.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Come as you are. No experience needed.

These sessions are designed for people who are completely new to yoga, or who have practised before but want to return to the basics with proper guidance. There’s no judgement, no pressure, and no expectation that you’ll be flexible or fit when you arrive.

Because every session is 1-to-1, I can tailor the practice entirely around your body, your goals, and how you’re feeling that day. We go at your pace — always.
