Well, I would encourage my patient to moan if they need to.
Firstly, they are here for treatment and therapist shouldn’t be judge-mental about patients reaction to their treatment.
And lastly, therapists also have the responsibility to protect patients privacy including their reaction during the treatment as well as the conversation as this is part of the therapist professionalism. If you ever overheard from a therapist saying so and so behave funny or moaning, that therapist is not professional and should avoid visiting them as they can’t keep the mouth shut but creating stress to patients who visited them.
I had a great 90 min massage with Yann. He adapted his technique for my particular needs including very tight lower back. The stretching with focussed breathing was great . Some of the stretches seem unusual at first ..but trust him…very intuitive massage ..i asked for blend of strong and sensual and that was perfect for me.
